Dedicated to the memory of Sarah Doherty
It is with much sadness we announce the passing of Sarah Anne Doherty, on Friday 21st February, St Mary’s Hospice, Birmingham.
Dearest wife to Hugh, a much beloved mother to Adrian, Yvonne and David, a truly special mother-in-law to Samantha and Stephen and a cherished grandmother to Rebecca, Connor, Anna and Ryan.
She will be greatly missed by her sister Helen, and brothers Paddy and Vincent and her many nieces and nephews.
She was a little woman with a big heart. She will be much missed by all who knew her.

It would be lovely to see some pictures of Sarah from the sixties when she went to the Plaza ballroom in Buncrana. She would be wearing a beautiful dress, stiletto heels and jiving with her heartthrob boyfriend, Hugh Doherty Fìodoir from Gortfad.

Rest in peace Aunt Sarah. You’re at peace now and reunited with Adrian. Lovely memories from years ago when stay in buncrana. Always had a beautiful princess dress for me. Loved the dresses. Thinking on all your family at this heartbreaking time. A few pictures of a trip we took to American folk park. U will be missed Xxx
